Are you a newer landlord? Do you want to learn the legal and practical basics when renting out a  residential home in California? California leasing law is trickier than in many other states! Take this class to learn the landlord/tenant law basics you should be awareof, including an overview of issues you need to know before you rent, during the tenancy, how to end a lease, and between tenats. Students will learn practical tips and will receive a workbook as well as templates for a tenant application, mandatory FCRA disclosure form to give to tenant applicants,  lease and property condition inspection form. The instructor is a licensed attorney, broker, and property manager who has taught the Landlord prep class for over 8 years and makes the topic entertaining, collaborative, and interesting! The $20 material fee is included in the cost of the course.

We have student parking in level P2 located underground at the Cesar E Chavez Campus at 1901 Main Street. To access the underground parking, head south on Main St. and turn right into the driveway behind the campus.  We also have a parking structure located at 1902 National Ave. Permits are required for both places. Permits are free for students and are available at the campus. Parking permits are not required for Saturday classes.
