ClassGraphic Vinyasa power yoga combines flow and static asanas (poses) to increase strength, flexibility and balance.  A focus on rhythmic breathing linked to movement throughout the practice helps improve relaxation and reduce stress.  This class is suitable for all levels of ability and experience.  Class requires only a yoga mat and comfortable, loose clothing.
