This course is suitable for both new students and students who attended Session 1. Instruction will focus on developing speaking and
listening skills including pronunciation and intonation, vocabulary, grammar knowledge, reading skills and strategies, and writing skills specific to TOEFL essay requirements. In addition, students will gain general test-taking skills and strategies that can help them succeed on the TOEFL and other exams. The class will involve active student participation.A TOEFL preparation textbook is required, details to be given on first day of class; approximate textbook cost is $60.
Parking permits are $40 and are available at the campus. Parking permits are not required for Saturday classes.
