Are you planning a trip to Italy? This two-day course is designed for those individuals that have very limited time to dedicate to the study of the Italian language, but who want to be able to express and to understand elementary Italian while in Italy for vacation, or for business. In a lively, relaxed environment, participants learn key expressions, vocabulary words, and idioms necessary for the traveler. Travel tips, cultural aspects, regional characteristics, and social protocol and customs will also be presented. Note: No previous knowledge of Italian is required, however student participation in class drills and conversation is critical to your success in this course. Have fun!
Parking permits are $40 and are available at the campus. Parking permits are not required for Saturday classes. We have student parking in level P2 located underground at the Cesar E Chavez Campus at 1901 Main Street. To access the underground parking, head south on Main St. and turn right into the driveway behind the campus. We also have a parking structure located at 1902 National Ave. Permits are required for both places.
