Intimidated by Medicare? Does it seem like a totally alien system that is far too complex? The truth is Medicare is amazingly simple since it only has a few parts and some basic rules. Understanding how it is structured is the key that will enable you to make the right choices for your health care and financial well being. We will explore the different parts of Medicare, learn the rules, and then examine the various options offered by the private insurance companies. So bring all your questions and concerns and you will leave class with the knowledge you need as well as the confidence in your ability to make Medicare work for you.
The $5 materials fee is included in the cost of the course.

Parking permits are $40 and are available at the campus. Parking permits are not required for Saturday classes. We have student parking in level P2 located underground at the Cesar E Chavez Campus at 1901 Main Street. To access the underground parking, head south on Main St. and turn right into the driveway behind the campus.  We also have a parking structure located at 1902 National Ave. Permits are required for both places.
