Energize, relax and nurture yourself. The main focus of this Ashtanga Prep. Class is developing breath awareness. Learning core techniques like Dristi (eye gaze), Bandha (pelvic ?oor/abdominal locks), to awaken a subtle intelligence. This is a multi-level class and beginners are welcome. Bring a yoga mat.
Parking permits are $40 and are available at the campus. Parking permits are not required for Saturday classes.
